If you or someone you know, lives in Hartlepool or Stockton and has been diagnosed with cancer we are here to help.  We provide a range of support services to help you cope with living with cancer.

As well as our advice service we also have our Cancer Support Group which meets fortnightly on a Tuesday from 10:30 to 12:00noon.  Why not pop along for a coffee and chat with our friendly group and meet with others in a similar position.

We also have an Activities Session from 11:00am to 12:00noon here in the centre. Being active can be an important part of your recovery during and after cancer treatment and can help to strengthen muscles, bones and joints and improve your overall wellbeing.
These are fun, low-level activity sessions which you will feel able to join in with whatever your fitness level or ability and which take into account any side effects of medical treatments.

All of our services and activities are FREE!  For more information please call Dawn on 01429 271275.
