Positive Movers

Being active can be an important part of your recovery during and after cancer treatment and can help to strengthen muscles, bones and joints and improve your overall wellbeing.

These are fun, low-level activity sessions which you will feel able to join in with whatever your fitness level or ability and which take into account any side effects of medical treatments.

We meet every Monday from 11:00am to 12:00 noon.

Each session is FREE and includes refreshments.

No need to book, just come along! You're also welcome to bring along a friend or family member.
